Misty came to me when she was looking for a couples photographer in Kentucky.  She had been a previous client of mine when she had come in for a boudoir session a couple of years ago, but wanted some photos of her to put on display in her home with her hubby this time.

I always encourage clients to wear something they feel beautiful and feminine in when they come in for a couple’s session.  If you’re uncomfortable, it will read on your face.  We, as women, know all too well how frustrating it can be when finding the perfect dress for any special occasion.  I try to take some of that guesswork and frustration out of the experience by providing a client closet full of dresses to choose from; mostly A-Line dresses that are flattering on all body types, too!  Misty decided to wear one of the dresses from my wardrobe provided at the studio and she looks absolutely stunning in it!

Once you know what your client is going to wear, it is easy to finish off hubby’s attire to match accordingly.  I think John’s outfit is the perfect compliment to Misty’s casual, but elegant boho dress.  He could have also went with khakis and a blue jean shirt or a neutral lightweight sweater as well.  Styling direction is also included with each session fee!

 

 

 

I always love feedback from clients after their session and asked if she cared that I shared her comments with other potential clients to see.  She was all for it!
