I had the pleasure of photographing the Vu family last year for their son’s first birthday. Imagine my surprise when Mrs. Vu contacted me earlier this Summer to tell me she was pregnant and wanted to book me as their Mount Washington KY Maternity Photographer! I’ll also be photographing their baby girl when she arrives early January 2019.

Thao came to me with some very specific ideas for her maternity session and I was excited to oblige. I even hand painted this canvas backdrop that we used for most of her session to give her the exact look that she had envisioned. We incorporated some different styles into this session ranging from classic, boudoir and family to make sure that we included all of the genres of maternity photography that she was looking for. I encourage all of my clients to think about doing more than just one style of photography into their maternity session so it allows them extra variety in their gallery.
